Cancellation terms apply based on the timeframe between your cancellation request and the scheduled check-in date:
More than 2 days before check-in
Free Cancellation. No charges will be applied.
0 to 2 days before check-in (Within 48 hours)
Non-refundable. Full stay charge will be applied.
No Show
No refund or adjustment on NO SHOW reservations.
NO CANCELLATION & AMENDMENT TO BE MADE DURING FESTIVAL PERIODS i.e. Durga Puja, Holi, Diwali, Christmas & New Year.
All bookings made for dates during Durga Puja, Holi, Diwali, Christmas, New Year are strictly non-cancellable, non-amendable, and non-refundable.
Additional Refund & Modification Rules
Date Amendments: Any amendment of date will be considered as a cancellation of the existing room reservation and is subject to the applicable cancellation charges.
Early Departures: Guests departing earlier than scheduled will not be refunded for the remaining unstayed nights.
Group Bookings: Refund policies for group reservations may vary according to the signed group sales contract.
Refund Processing Timeline: Approved refunds may take up to 7–10 business days to reflect in your original payment account, depending on your banking provider or payment gateway.
